About Us

North by Northeast Community Health Center is the only medical clinic in Oregon focused on African American health. We exist to improve health outcomes and advance health equity by offering primary care services for chronic health conditions affecting the local African American population.

Community Supper is our annual opportunity to tell our stories, celebrate our accomplishments and share our vision for the coming years. It’s also our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we rely on its revenue to keep us on that path. We'll look back on our accomplishments, share a peek at what's ahead for NxNE and, of course, sing, dance and be joyful together! We hope you can join us and say Black Health Matters!
